Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the development ecosystem. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, alongside maintaining and evolving regression testing suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the applications.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the testing framework.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing methodologies.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing activities and outcomes to facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and their application in continuous integration environments.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices to ensure robust application protection.
• Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support diverse testing scenarios.
• Skilled in analyzing test results and reporting defects effectively to drive resolution and quality improvements.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
