Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes, monitoring system performance, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. The position also involves active engagement in reviewing code, identifying potential issues, and contributing to the refinement of testing strategies to support overall project success and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support testing activities and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies including regression, security, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with environment configuration and data management to support test execution.
• Ability to analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• Skilled in participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
