Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and planning across disciplines to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes, managing automation strategies, and supporting configurations related to data and environments. The position also involves reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to uphold the integrity and performance of software products.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues found during testing and provide actionable feedback.
• Knowledge of API testing and security testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of regression testing and its role in software quality assurance.
