Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

Mandatory: Work from Client office in Bellandur in Shift B . Transport will be provided Data Analysis – SQL, Visualization (visualization skills are low priority, but must be good with SQL)

Knowledge/Exposure to Azure ecosystem, esp. ADF, Azure Databricks, Python

Understanding of building data products (things like data mapping, transformation (business and technical), validation of data products – data quality and adherence to specs)

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on various aspects such as security, application programming interfaces, and regression. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate defect resolution.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to create and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential quality issues.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing processes and product quality.
