Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, including security and regression testing, while developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. Your role also includes supporting data and environment configurations, reviewing code, and tracking defects to ensure ongoing improvements in testing processes. This dynamic position requires balancing multiple tasks to accelerate delivery and uphold high-quality standards across projects.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the development lifecycle.
• Assist in the documentation and refinement of testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices related to data warehousing and extract, transform, load processes.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate data integrity and system functionality.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous testing, including security and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Understanding of environment configuration and data setup to support comprehensive testing scenarios.
