Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You also develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations. Throughout the day, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing process to uphold high-quality standards.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
• Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest improvements to optimize quality and delivery timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation scripts for various application layers.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues found during testing and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
