Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various components of the technology ecosystem. Your role includes executing continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation related to testing procedures and automation frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Continuously monitor testing outcomes and provide feedback to improve overall product quality and team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in software development.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas for quality improvement.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
