Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to ensure robust performance. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and document defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product quality, fostering a seamless integration within the project ecosystem.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards throughout the development cycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
