Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for various testing types including functional, regression, and API testing.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing workflows.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within test environments and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
