Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities.
Support the implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
Review construction drawings and quantity requirements.
Identify, document, and report quality issues, deviations, and safety concerns.
Assist in surveying, site setting-out, and construction verification activities.
Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, budgets, and project documentation.
Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
Manage design changes and maintain accurate project records.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance Systems, Code of Ethics, and applicable policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
12-15 years of experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, or project quality management.
Proven experience in large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
Exposure to Central Government projects, consultancy assignments, and regulatory compliance requirements will be preferred.
