• Quality Assurance & Testing
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for APIs, web applications, and AI components.
- Validate functionality, scalability, and performance across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
- Conduct regression, load, and system testing prior to production releases.
• Automation & DevOps Integration
- Build and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with engineers to define quality gates, error-handling rules, and observability metrics.
- Ensure test coverage across microservices, APIs, and data pipelines within the FAB architecture.
• Defect Management & Documentation
- Identify, document, and track bugs through defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Support root-cause analysis and provide actionable feedback for quick resolution.
- Maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, scripts, and quality reports.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI Product Managers during agile sprints.
- Contribute to sprint planning, release validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Recommend improvements to QA processes, frameworks, and test automation coverage.
• Security & Compliance
- Validate adherence to Responsible AI, data privacy, and Teleperformance security frameworks.
- Support compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and global data protection standards.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in ISTQB, Selenium, or Cypress testing frameworks are desirable.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or automation engineering.
- Proven experience testing web applications, APIs, or data pipelines in cloud-based environments.
- Experience working in agile and DevSecOps teams preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and defect management tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Newman).
- Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL) and test scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) and test data management.
- Understanding of AI/ML system validation and dataset verification preferred.
