Production and Sanitation Procedures
. Assist in collecting records and data relating to SOPs for food quality and safety to meet requirements such as SFA, AVS and ISO 22000.
Food Consistency and Quality
. Conduct inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
. Contribute to root-cause analyses of customer complaints, providing quality assessments and proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
. Liaise with laboratory partners on food quality markers in all aspects, from sample preparation and submission and to mount an appropriate response based on the test results
. Conduct audits and assessments of quality for all suppliers of raw and packaging materials.
. Recommend systematic measures and initiatives to enhance product quality.
. Prepare a monthly quality report for submission to the management team, including updates on KPIs, performance, internal and external audit information and more.
Production planning and schedule
. Collaborate with various departments, customers, suppliers, and government regulatory bodies to prioritize quality within the company.
. Analyse production output versus sales to strategically plan production schedules to optimise warehouse and inventory use.
-Ordering necessary tools and consumables
Person Specification
- At least a diploma in Food Science or related, Veterinary Nurse/Tech diploma also accepted.
- At least 2 years experience in food manufacturing or related
- ISO 2200 certification knowledge a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
