Quality Control Officer

Primary Responsibilities

1. In-process control at production area.
2. Execution of daily in-process testing.
3. Pre-shipment checks of consignment.
4. Maintain the management of control samples room.
5. Calibration of daily instrument and equipment of laboratory.
6. To perform the testing of Solution and preparation of test reports.
7. Review of proof check, artwork & printing records.
8. Provide the data for preparation of quality trends of sealing strength, annual product report, in process testing etc.
9. Day to day activities related to stability chamber and stability studies.
10. Job responsibility may be change as required and allocated by Quality Manager.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Preparation and review of test certificates.
2. Execution of daily testing of incoming raw material.
3. Execution of testing of finished goods inspection including the sampling.
4. Approve & release of batch production record.
5. Preparation of quality procedures, QSPs, work instructions etc.
6. To perform the moisture testing of the samples.
7. Support in the failure investigation of raw material, finished products and complaint samples
