Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager - Pharma OSD in Bengaluru. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the pharmaceutical OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing unit. Daily tasks include supervising quality control operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting quality audits, managing quality documentation, and liaising with the production team to resolve quality issues. The Quality Control Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring quality control staff and continuous improvement of quality control systems.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing processes
  • Skills in conducting quality audits, managing quality documentation, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • People management skills, including training and mentoring quality control staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience in an OSD manufacturing unit is a plus
