Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for all product lines.

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and analysts.

Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Development teams to ensure requirements are testable and met.

Define and monitor quality metrics and KPIs.

Oversee automation and manual testing processes.

Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Manage defect tracking and resolution processes using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
