Job Purpose
The role of the Quality Control manager to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process, conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
- Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and related activities for compliance audits
- Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines.
- Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to improve the overall quality management system.
Job Requirements - Academic Qualifications
Graduate Degree - Bachelors degree in any Stream.
Post Graduate Degree - Masters degree in any stream
Professional Degree - Any certification in risk domain
Job Requirements - Work Experience
Years of Experience - 5 to 7 years
Industries - Fraud Risk/RCU/AML/Account Monitoring
