Role Overview

The QC Manager will ensure that every product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QC operations for raw materials, batch-wise checks & finished goods
• Implement & maintainFSSAI, HACCP, GMP & food safety protocols
• Oversee daily lab operations, micro testing & chemical testing
• Conduct hygiene audits, plant inspections & quality validations
• Approve batches, release production lines & manage non-conformance reports
• Maintain all QC documentation, traceability records & statutory data
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance & Procurement teams
• Train teams on food safety standards, SOPs & hygiene discipline
• Lead root-cause analyses & implement corrective actions

Ideal Candidates

• Minimum 5 years in FMCG/food manufacturing production
• Strong team leadership & decision-making capability
• Knowledge of food production machinery preferred
• Confident in managing fast-paced operations
