Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager - Chemicals, based in Mumbai. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the QC operations to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing and sourcing process. Core responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems, inspecting raw materials and finished products, managing relationships with testing labs, and ensuring alignment with industry regulations. The individual will also collaborate with the R&D and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain reliable supply chain operations.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality control, testing procedures, and quality assurance in the chemical industry
  • Familiarity with inspection and testing protocols for raw materials and finished chemical products
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in collaborating with R&D teams, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with or understanding of NABL-accredited lab processes is beneficial
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
