Job Overview:

Rotoris is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure that all products and processes meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing quality control procedures, implementing quality assurance systems, and ensuring consistent product quality across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes, standards, and guidelines for products and operations.

Monitor and inspect production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Work closely with production, operations, and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.

Maintain proper documentation and reports related to quality checks, audits, and inspections.

Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Train and guide team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Ensure that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

36 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience in process improvement and quality audits will be an advantage.
