We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards and specifications, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform tests and measurements on materials and products to verify specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assessments.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff on inspection techniques and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
