We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector (Mechanical) to ensure that our components and assemblies meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity across all stages of manufacturing from raw material inspection to final shipment.
• Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections on machined parts, welded components, and assemblies
• Interpret engineering drawings and quality standards to verify specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to validate tolerances
• Generate and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal safety/quality standards
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements
• Apply sampling plans and acceptance criteria for consistent inspection decisions
• Perform visual and surface finish inspections, including weld quality and labeling checks
• Verify calibration status and condition of inspection tools and equipment
• Maintain traceability across batches, machines, and operators
• Support internal/external audits with accurate and organized records
• Conduct inward and outward inspections and help develop inspection procedures
• Evaluate and improve safety and quality processes
• Document non-conformances clearly with evidence and corrective actions

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality control
• Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and welding processes
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and CMM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in quality reporting and data management tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection methodologies
