Require Quality Control Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer- PEB Structures

Having 5+ years of experience in Pre Engineered Building(PEB) Production process as Quality control.

Checking alignment, dimensions and orientation of fabricated items as per drawings,

Attending physical inspection of assembly jobs and prepare stage wise inspection report

Having experience in inspection of welding process

checking and confirming correct material and welding consumables are used as per drawing for production

Preparing and following Quality Assurance plan and Inspection test plan, reviewing material certificates.

Preparing documents related to quality issues.

Should have experience in inspection of welding process (SMAW,SAW,FCAW) and also in NDT process.

Verification of Shipper and confirmations and any backlogs

Experience in Blasting and Painting of PEB fabricated structure products

Having knowledge in inspection process of material up to final stage.
