Key skill- QMS, GLP, GS, HPLC, cGMP, Regulatory Audit & Compliances, Calibration, Testing & Analysis, Data Review.

Job Description-

1.Testing & Analysis:Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis on raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished products.

2.Documentation:Prepare, review, and maintain batch records, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), SOPs, and calibration records.

3.Compliance:Ensure all lab activities adhere to GMP, GLP, ISO, and pharmacopoeia standards (USP/EP/IP).

4.Instrument Management:Calibrate, verify, troubleshoot, and maintain lab instruments like HPLC, GC, balances, etc.

5.Deviation Management:Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) or Out-of-Trend (OOT) results and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

6.Method Validation:Assist in validating analytical methods and stability studies.

7.Inventory:Manage lab consumables, reagents, and spares.-
