Quality Control Executives Filling Operations who will play a critical role in maintaining product quality and hygiene standards across our filling lines. This role ensures that every batch meets Barosi's quality benchmarks by monitoring GMP compliance, conducting in-process quality checks, and safeguarding hygiene throughout the filling, storage, and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the hygiene of the filling area at all times
- Ensure hygiene and GMP compliance (no hand contact with jars or nozzle tips, no ghee residue in jars and caps)
- Ensure all visitors, operators, and helpers wear hand gloves, hair nets, shoe covers, and proper uniforms
- Check for dust, residue, and foreign materials in the dumping tank, pump, and transfer pipelines
- Monitor and verify: Net weight, Proper capping, Bottle cleaning through air jet, Leakage checks for every batch start and at 30-minute intervals
- Conduct post-filling QC checks for Residue in bottles, Air bubbles, Appearance, colour, and flavour
- Ensure proper holding time of ghee during granulation in cold storage
- Ensure FIFO compliance in storage and dispatch
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality control role, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
