About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control & Quality Check Executive to ensure that all products meet defined quality standards across raw materials, in-process stages, and finished goods. The role requires hands-on involvement in inspections, documentation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection

  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products
  • Ensure product consistency, taste, texture, and packaging standards
  • Monitor and record quality parameters at each stage of production
  • Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken

Process Monitoring

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality guidelines
  • Check hygiene and sanitation practices on the production floor

Food Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Support implementation of HACCP, GMP, and GHP practices
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily quality reports and checklists
  • Record deviations and report issues to the QA team
  • Assist in audit documentation and compliance tracking

Vendor & Material Checks

  • Inspect incoming raw materials as per quality standards
  • Coordinate with procurement for quality issues with vendors

Coordination

  • Work closely with production and QA teams
  • Ensure timely communication of quality issues and resolutions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Check (preferably in food industry)
  • Basic understanding of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Ability to work on the production floor
