Role Overview:
The QC Executive will ensure the quality and reliability of products and processes by leveraging strong technical expertise and effective communication skills. Role Description:
- Ensure compliance with IEC/CE and BS Certification standards for PCB and electronic components.
- Utilize measurement tools such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and vector analyzers to evaluate product quality.
- Identify and assess components, PCBs, hardware, and interfaces for quality and reliability.
- Design and implement forms, instructions, and documentation to support quality evaluation and reporting.
- Analyze product quality issues and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide technical training to quality and operations staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and document data related to product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ensure defect-free supplies to customers by adhering to strict quality standards.
