Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer at our Sanand location. The position involves overseeing and implementing quality management processes, conducting quality control and quality assurance inspections, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal benchmarks. Responsibilities include analyzing quality data, contributing to process improvement initiatives, fostering communication among teams, and maintaining documentation related to quality protocols and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating quality data and measuring process effectiveness
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document outcomes effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities in quality management systems
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards is a plus
- Experience with advanced quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous
