Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer located in Rajkot. The candidate will manage quality control processes, oversee quality assurance activities, and ensure adherence to established standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting materials, products, and processes, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, and collaborating with teams to address quality issues. Additional tasks include reporting on quality metrics and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality-related issues
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to adhering to industry standards and ensuring product excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements is a plus
