Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer, located in Vadodara. The Quality Control Engineer will oversee quality assurance and control processes, analyze production outputs, and implement quality management protocols. Day-to-day duties include inspecting products, identifying and resolving quality issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess production outputs and identify improvements
• Experience in Quality Management systems and standards of minimum 3-5 years.
• Effective Communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is desirable
