Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sampling and analysis of raw materials
- Deciding material status and reporting results within target timelines across shifts
- Reporting and documenting raw material deviations
- In-process sample analysis and coordination with production to ensure batch quality
- Communication of test results and in-process deviations to production teams
- Finished product analysis and examination of packed products
- Final batch status decision and timely reporting of finished goods results
- Preservation and management of control samples
- Preparation of standard and test solutions and calibration of wet-end instruments
- Ensuring compliance with ESHA, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Documentation and records maintenance as per quality requirements
- Execution and reporting of product development and raw material substitute trials
- Support in vendor development trials
- Data collection and preparation of operations and QC reports
