Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Assistant at our facility located in Khanna. The Quality Control Assistant will be responsible for ensuring product quality through routine inspections, conducting quality tests, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing quality data, collaborating with team members to address discrepancies, and maintaining laboratory equipment used in testing procedures. The role also involves preparing quality reports and assisting in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Experience with Laboratory Skills and relevant testing equipment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or technical field is preferred
