Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate interview reports for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Perform quality audits on interview recordings to ensure adherence to Risebirds evaluation and scoring guidelines.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in interviewer submissions and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure interview outcomes meet defined standards for content, tone, structure, and decision quality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QC findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Interview Operations, Talent Panel, and Product teams to enhance quality frameworks.
- Escalate critical quality issues related to interviewer performance or content accuracy.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality benchmarks across the interview lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience inQuality Assurance, Operations, HR Operations, Audit, or Process Reviewroles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment skills.
- Ability to review structured reports and audio/video recordings objectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools/platforms.
- Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback.
