Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Analyst role based in Hyderabad. The Quality Control Analyst will perform routine and specialized quality checks on processes, data, and outputs to ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Responsibilities include executing test plans, inspecting and documenting results, identifying deviations or nonconformities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. The role involves, maintaining accurate records, and preparing clear reports and summaries of quality findings. The analyst will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits, and help develop or refine quality control procedures and best p

ractices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, detect anomalies, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance concepts such as process standardization, compliance monitoring, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Good understanding of Quality Scoring Methods used across RCM Industry.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under defined timelines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

ProcessSkills : </p>

  • Good understanding of Prior Authorization specialities.
  • End to end process knowledge of Prior/Retro Authorizations from initiation to denisl follow-up.
  • Should be specialized into EV/BV.
  • Should be able to guide the associates on Authorization workflow.
