10+ years of experience in Delivery Assurance, Program Management, Quality, or Pre-sales Delivery
Experience working with large enterprise deals and senior leadership
Prior exposure to risk management, audits, or governance roles preferred

Skill Requirements
- Strong technical exposure to application development, maintenance, modernization, testing, enterprise applications, COTS products, and system integration projects.
- Hands on experience working in middle office, deal governance, or pursuit teams.
- Exposure to Hybrid Agile / Agile / DevOps delivery models.
- Experience driving or enabling automation usage in large delivery or implementation programs.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive data based decisions.
- Proven capability to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders across Sales, Transition, Delivery, Legal, and Finance.
- Quality and process orientation with exposure to CMMI, LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, KANBAN, SCRUM, ISO, PMP, or PRINCE2 frameworks.
- Professional certifications in Project / Program Management, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or DevSecOps are preferred.
Key Responsibilities Role Overview
- Drive Start Green Stay Green (SGSG) governance across organization to ensure early identification, inheritance, and mitigation of delivery risks, assumptions, and dependencies across the deal lifecycle.
- Establish regular touchpoints with Large Deal (LD) and Contract Management & Commercials teams on ongoing and critical deals to ensure delivery readiness and risk transparency.
- Ensure all large and high risk deals undergo structured reviews with relevant stakeholders to validate delivery assumptions, dependencies, and risk exposure prior to transition.
- Ensure identified risks, assumptions, and dependencies from deal reviews are inherited into the project risk register and tracked through delivery.
- Initiate and drive Start Green Governance in collaboration with transition and delivery teams, publishing regular status and readiness updates.
- Identify critical deals for Early Warning System (EWS) based on risk level, complexity, and contractual exposure.
- Mandate and monitor Day readiness compliance, ensuring all checks, balances, and readiness criteria are completed before delivery kick-off.
- Ensure Sales to Delivery handover is executed as per defined process, including complete knowledge transfer of scope, commitments, risks, and contractual obligations.
