Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Check/Store Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing and maintaining store operations, managing inventory, handling customer interactions, and ensuring the overall quality of products and services. The individual will also focus on achieving customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries or complaints, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision and sales monitoring
- Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Ability to analyze store operations and implement process improvements
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Prior experience in retail, store, or quality assurance management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
