Job Title: Quality Check Analyst – Jewellery Domain
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Check Analyst for the Jewellery domain to ensure the quality and accuracy of jewellery products before dispatch and delivery. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting finished jewellery pieces, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery products.
- Inspect jewellery for finishing, polishing, stone setting, weight, and design accuracy.
- Verify hallmarking, diamond grading, and certification details.
- Identify manufacturing defects and coordinate with production teams for corrections.
- Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards.
- Perform quality audits during various stages of production.
- Maintain quality check reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with CAD/design and production teams for design validation if required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of jewellery quality inspection and quality assurance processes.
- Understanding of diamonds, gemstones, hallmarking, and jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience in jewellery finishing and defect analysis.
- Familiarity with diamond grading and stone checking.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of CAD jewellery designs will be an added advantage.
