As a Quality Automation Specialist, you will lead and enable automated testing across all delivery models, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with domain, platform, and feature teams to embed repeatable and efficient testing processes, supporting continuous integration and defect-free deployment of customer value.

- Contribute to transforming testing practices using automation, quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity.
- Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and test scripts to ensure repeatable, reliable, and consistent quality throughout the idea-to-value lifecycle.
- Define and refine the scope of manual and automated testing, creating user documentation and test artefacts.
- Apply predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging innovative testing tools and solutions.
- Make informed testing and automation decisions using robust data, ROI, and value measures.
- Enable cross-skilling and knowledge sharing within the team to maximize the benefits of end-to-end automation testing.
