Quality Automation Specialist, VP

As a Quality Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming testing practices by embedding automation-driven quality across the entire idea-to-value lifecycle. The focus of this role is to improve control, accuracy, and integrity while reducing cost and time to market through early defect detection and continuous quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed repeatable and consistent quality practices across all phases of delivery using automation-led approaches
• Design and evolve predictive and intelligent testing strategies leveraging innovative automation solutions
• Define and refine the scope of manual and automated testing aligned to delivery and business outcomes
• Develop and maintain reusable, stable, and low-maintenance automation frameworks and test assets
• Ensure testing decisions are data-driven, aligned to return on investment, and support effective cost management
• Enable end-to-end automation capability by supporting skill uplift and adoption of automation practices within teams

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in automation testing within Agile and CI/CD environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and quality engineering principles
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments
• Hands-on expertise with modern test automation tools and enterprise testing frameworks
• Ability to align quality engineering practices with product vision and strategic delivery goals
