Quality Automation Specialist - AVP

• Associate Vice Presidentlevel role focused on leading and enabling automated testing across all delivery models
• Plays a critical role in assuring defect-free delivery of customer value through continuous integration
• Contributes to the transformation of enterprise-wide testing practices and quality engineering maturity

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake and enable automated testing activities across Agile, CI/CD, and hybrid delivery models
• Embed repeatable and consistent quality practices across the full idea-to-value lifecycle
• Support feature and platform teams in developing high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions
• Design and support automation test strategies aligned to business and programme objectives
• Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using advanced automation techniques and tools
• Ensure automated testing is planned, executed, and monitored as part of product delivery
• Design and maintain stable, reusable, low-maintenance automated test suites for end-to-end coverage
• Apply testing and delivery standards while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements

Required Experience

• At least eight years of experience in automation testing within Agile or CI/CD environments
• Strong background in designing and developing complex automation solutions
• Proven experience working within Agile teams and aligning testing outcomes to business goals
• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation frameworks and tooling standards
• Experience working with near real-time or streaming data pipelines
