Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of QA activities, test results, and process deviations.
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review.
- Document SOPs, guidelines, and quality manuals as required.
Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to address quality issues.
- Provide guidance and training to junior QA staff on procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
Customer & Supplier Support
- Address customer complaints related to product quality and provide solutions.
- Support supplier audits and quality evaluation processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in manufacturing/engineering.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, ISO standards, GMP, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools.
