Who are we looking for

Designation : Quality Assurance Trainee
Experience Range : Till 1 year

What is the work

• Log, track, and manage team-related, in-house, and client project issues using issue-tracking software
• Understand, analyze, and verify reported issues to ensure accurate documentation
• Follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined issue lifecycle and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project management activities
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress
• Conduct project and process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards
• Prepare audit reports and suggest process improvements
• Provide software usage and process-related training to employees
• Maintain proper documentation for issues, audits, and trainings
• Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders

What skills and experience are we looking for

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn project management and quality processes
