Key Responsibilities
Test AI applications (functional, regression, integration, system testing) Validate IVR call flows, prompts, speech recognition, and error handling Test telephony features like SIP calls, transfers, queues, and agent workflows Ensure AI guardrails (safety, content control, hallucination prevention) Validate LLM responses, ASR accuracy, and TTS voice quality Perform end-to-end voice and call journey testing
Tools & Automation
Use IVR/telephony tools (Cyara, Empirix, BlueJay, etc.)
Write and run automation scripts Analyze logs from AI, telephony, and backend systems
Required Skills
4–8 years of software testing experience
Hands-on GenAI / LLM testing Strong VoiceAI, IVR, and Telephony testing background
API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured)
Automation skills (Python, Java, or similar)
Good communication and analytical skills
