Quality Assurance Technologist

Works under the Manager of QA & Technology, and is responsible for all aspects of technical operations for the time material design, such as issuance and revision of specifications, trial manufacture production and mass production trial manufacture, cost saving activities and improve process abilities of in-process materials.

1) Material Cost Reduction.

2) Be in touch with YRC for compound developement and RM localisation.

3) Getting targets achieved regarding Scrap and NG batches with help of rubber tech and Seniors in plant.

4) RM local vendor development and rectification of RM abnormalities internally and Vendor complaints.

5) All concerend things related to Material Technology, Inprocess mateial scrap and problems.

1) Controlling mixing recipe and compounding calculations for quality and processing

consistency.

2) Compound processability follow-up at Extruding & Calendering process and

troubleshooting in both areas whenever there is some quality trouble or defects.

3) Why - Why and 4M analysis for Process abnormalities (Extruding, calendering & stock preparation area(Steelastic & Bead & Cutting) .

4) Conduction of trial for RM development and process improvement.

5) Activities for Inprocess Scrap Reduction.

6) Monitor Customer sections for Compound & component(stock preparation) related problem and

compound changes for better productivity and quality.

7) Tire defects related to Rubber compounding & material processability.

8) Material Judgement Data Control and Action for consistency of Judgement data.
