QQA Technical is responsible for ensuring developing body blocks and specs of all new development done by designer / buyers. He / She will be evaluating all development / fit/pre-production / size set samples and guide to vendor with corrective actions keeping in mind production feasibility.
- Liaising with designers, and adapting designs to ensure feasibility of production methods.
- To calculate fabric consumption.
- To develop the base body blocks for fits & specs standardization based on new trends in woven and knits fabrics.
- To ensures fit evaluations & final sample approvals for Men's / women's / Kid's To undertakes fit evaluations, by conducting fit reviews with Designer and buyers.
- To discuss, resolve and update the FIT / Pattern/ Workmanship issues to relevant suppliers, buyers and regional QA teams to ensure bulk is appropriate.
- To ensures on-time sealer approvals to achieve timely delivery of product.
- To guide vendors on requisite technical capabilities, production system implementation and expectation.
- To respond on product queries, including complaints, from stores and/or customers and make corrective / preventive action plan.
- To analyse customer return products, feedback & complaints and brainstorms on action plan, in order to ensure a reduction of customer returns at store level for quality issues.
- To do Risk Analysis to ensures satisfactory product performance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate with relevant experience / Diploma in pattern making and garment manufacturing
