Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Tech III to lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities for complex software systems. The role involves a strong mix of
manual testing, automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect reporting, triaging, and status tracking
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum coverage and quality
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Developers, and QA teams
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, methodologies, and SDLC processes
- Identify risks early and proactively drive quality improvements
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, including web-based applications
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing
- Proven expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and execution for complex systems
- Experience designing testing conditions, scripts, and datasets for adequate coverage
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on coding experience in at least one programming language such as Java, C, or C#
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
