Job Description
1) Overall responsible for inspection of Raw material, Chemicals, Packing material, In-process material & Finished goods.
2) Responsible for Smooth operation of QC shifts.
3) Responsible for Quality Management.
4) Ensure the safety of all equipment & personnel by imparting & implementing safety awareness.
5) Facing Inspection & Audit related to products.
6) Data analysis of quality problems.
7) Attending to customer complaints.
8) Responsible for Glass, Resin & binder formulation.
9) Responsible for Resin & binder preparation.
10) To maintain the secrecy of formulation
11) Responsible for Housekeeping.
12) Co-ordination with other departments for better performance & smooth running of plant
13) Overall responsible for QC operations & reporting to Plant Head.
14) Responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standard, customer requirements as per specification.
15) Prepare overall MIS report and maintain all documents as per implemented system.
16) To summarize weekly/ monthly reports of non-conforming products and implementation of corrective actions in coordination with production dept. for continual improvement in the product quality
17) Provide feedback of moisture & LOI control in uncured glass wool product on daily basis to production manager/plant head.
18) Ensure proper traceability of product / batch no. / Dimension /Density/ Area in Sq. mtr or as per customer need.
19) Submission of monthly QC reports.
20) Complaint investigation along with preventive action.
21) Comparative analysis of product sample given by marketing as & when required.
22) Overall responsible for BIS audits and timely renewal of BIS license.
23) Retention of all records as per retention policy.
