Quality Assurance Specialist - Playwrige

Required Skills:

● Strong experience in Manual Testing with a solid understanding of Software Testing

Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.

● Hands-on experience in API & Integration Testing using Postman (REST/SOAP APIs).

● Good exposure to Salesforce Testing, with experience in one or more of the

following:

○ Sales Cloud

○ Service Cloud

○ CPQ

○ Marketing Cloud

○ Experience Cloud (preferred)

● Strong Automation Testing experience.

● Mandatory hands-on expertise in at least one of the following automation tools:

○ Playwright (Preferred)

○ Selinum

○ Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)

○ Provar

○ AccelQ

● Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.

● Strong experience in automating:

○ Salesforce UI flows

○ API test scenarios

○ End-to-end business workflows

● Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

● Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps

● Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Exposure to Business Analysis activities such as requirement analysis, user story

grooming, and acceptance criteria validation.

● Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective

test scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

● QA Certifications in manual/automations Testing (e.g., ISTQB,CRT, Provar,Playwright)

are a plus.

● Salesforce domain experience is highly preferred.

● Salesforce certifications (Admin or Consultant) are a plus.
