Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of processes, procedures, and products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), implementing quality control measures, and troubleshooting issues to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
- Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing processes
- Understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in quality assurance roles is considered a bonus
