This is a Content, Instructional Design, and E-Learning QA role within the educational technology space.

It is NOT a Software Engineering, IT, DevOps, or Test Automation position. Do NOT apply if your profile focuses on software coding, web development, or API testing.

We are exclusively seeking professionals with 4–6 years of corporate e-learning experience who specialize in reviewing storyboards, course multimedia, and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise. This full-time, remote role involves close collaboration with Instructional Designers, developers, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

At Bell Immersive Technologies, the Quality Assurance Executive will:

• Coordinate end-to-end corporate e-learning projects across Instructional Design, Graphics, Development, and QA
• Manage project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for internal teams and assigned projects
• Coordinate with clients for inputs, feedback, reviews, and clarifications
• Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams
• Perform hands-on QA on e-learning deliverables (storyboards, courses, videos, assessments)
• Ensure instructional flow, visual consistency, branding, language accuracy, and functionality
• Track and close QA issues and delivery risks to ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Use AI tools to support project tracking, documentation, and QA efficiency
