We're Hiring | QA/QC Executive - Nutraceuticals & Cosmetics Manufacturing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Executive to join our manufacturing team at Koshika Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and maintenance of COA (Certificate of Analysis), BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Packaging Records) and other quality documentation.

Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packaging operations.

Quality inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials and finished products.

Ensuring compliance with GMP, FSSAI, ISO 22000 and applicable cosmetics manufacturing regulations.

Maintaining SOPs, specifications, quality records and batch documentation.

Handling deviations, CAPA, change controls and quality-related investigations.

Coordinating with production and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Supporting internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections.

Monitoring manufacturing hygiene, sanitation, temperature and humidity controls.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology or relevant field).

Experience: 3-5 years in QA/QC, preferably in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, IPQA, COA, BMR, BPR and quality management systems.
